What are the surface treatment processes for stainless steel plates?-embossed

Our common embossing process generally refers to embossing the entire roll.

The working principle is: using a carved pressure roller to emboss an uneven pattern on the stainless steel roll, called embossing. The surface effect of embossing is similar to etching. The pattern made by embossing has smoother cutting edges, and the price of embossing is relatively cheaper than etching. However, the cost of making embossing molds is relatively high, and the patterns can be limited. The most common embossing on the market is 6K+ embossing. Specifications that can be processed by embossing: Stainless steel coils: Thickness: Normally 0.4-1.2mm, a few processing plants can process coils above 1.2, reason: the thicker the coil, the more difficult the pattern is to emboss, width: 1000mm, 1219mm, the entire roll is embossed. The embossing processing procedure: roll grinding 6K – roll embossing – slitting flat plate – quality inspection standards for flat finished products: no obvious roller marks, no scratches, creases, etc. on the board surface.
