Working principle: The target produces an ionization reaction in the vacuum electric furnace, and then, through the injection of gas (oxygen, nitrogen, acetylene), a metallic color film is formed, which adheres to the surface of the stainless steel plate. Electroplating can enhance metal’s corrosion resistance, increase hardness, prevent wear, and improve conductivity, lubricity, heat resistance, and surface beauty.

The colors that can be processed are titanium gold, rose gold, rose red, bronze, black titanium, sapphire blue, emerald green, pink, champagne gold, coffee gold, and violet. Depending on the color, the thickness of the board is different, and the processing price is different. Processable plate specifications: base plate: mirror plate, brushed plate, etched plate, sandblasted plate, patterned plate, combined craft plate. Thickness: 0.3-3.0mm, width: 1000mm, 1219mm, 1500mm, length, variable length can be processed.

The working procedure of color plating is cutting, drilling, washing, putting the plate on the shelf, putting it in the vacuum furnace, taking it out, and taking it off the shelf.
